David Romanelli

1. Why do I need this program?

Parents are struggling with the madness of screen time, mental health, sleep, homework, sports practice, sugar overload, social media, and an epidemic of loneliness that disproportionately affects young people and parents. If you are feeling short on time, low on energy and always coming from behind as a parent, this program is designed by other parents who have been there or are there. Together, we can share best practices and tools on how to recharge our energy and reset our perspective.

2. What does this require in terms of my time?

Five minutes a day for 21 days. Each day, our experts will give you a simple practice to embrace in 5 minutes or less.  This is designed for busy parents who don’t have a lot of free time.

3. What age should my kids be for this to make sense to me as a parent?

Whether your kids are babies or teenagers, these practices will help you relax and reset in a very short amount of time.

4. What will your experts be teaching in this program?

Each day will be a new practice. These practices will include a short yoga session with Kristin McGee who you may know from Peloton, breathwork with Tim van der Vliet, social and emotional guidance from Scarlett Lewis, flipping your mindset from all that’s wrong to all that’s right with Howard Glassman, the healing power of self-compassion with Kate Mackinnon, guided meditation  with David Romanelli.

5. Will I have ongoing access to these lessons after the 21 days conclude?

Yes, you will be able to access all the content after you conclude the 21 days. It’s yours to enjoy over and over again.

6. How will this program be delivered?

Each day, you’ll wake up to an email in your inbox with the Peaceful Parent content. You’ll receive either a video or audio that you can enjoy in 5 minutes or less.
